DYH41X-16Y Quick-closing Check Valve
I. Product Overview:
The DYH41X-16Y quick-closing check valve consists of main components such as the valve body, valve cover, central shaft, copper sleeve, valve seat, and valve disc. The valve is opened and closed by controlling the up-and-down movement of the valve disc. When the pump starts, the valve disc rises under the thrust of water flow to open the valve. The DYH41X Y-type check valve closes rapidly under the action of spring force. When the water flow approaches zero, the valve disc closes completely. There is no water backflow phenomenon. Since water cannot flow backward, no kinetic energy is generated, thus preventing water hammer. This valve only allows the medium to flow in one direction and blocks flow in the opposite direction. Generally, this type of valve operates automatically: the valve disc opens under the action of fluid pressure in the forward flow direction; when the fluid flows in the reverse direction, the valve disc is pressed against the valve seat by fluid pressure and its own weight, thereby cutting off the flow.
II. Product Features:
The check valve is used at the outlet of the water pump. When the water pump stops, it functions as a quick check to prevent water hammer. The main components of the product are made of stainless steel and ductile iron. All sealing rings are made of imported rubber materials, and different materials are selected according to temperature requirements. The inner and outer cavities of the valve body are treated with epoxy resin spraying, making the valve wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and not easy to rust. It will not generate pollutants, is non-radioactive, and will not affect or harm the environment or damage the ecological balance.
III. Main Technical Performance:

The valve is generally required to be installed horizontally, and the connection with the pipeline is flange connection. The flange connection dimensions shall comply with the national standard GB/T17241.6.
