Flow control valve 400X
The 400X Flow Control Valve consists of a main valve, a flow regulating valve, a needle valve, a pilot valve, a ball valve, a micro filter, and a pressure gauge, forming a hydraulic control piping system. It operates automatically using hydraulic power to control and adjust the opening of the main valve, ensuring the flow passing through the main valve remains constant. This product uses self-operated hydraulic control, requiring no additional devices or energy sources, with simple maintenance and stable flow control. This series of valve products is widely used in water supply network systems such as high-rise buildings and residential areas, as well as in urban water supply projects.
Working Principle
When water is supplied to the valve from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber, and then flows out of the main valve control chamber to the outlet through the pilot valve and ball valve. At this time, the main valve is in a fully open or floating state. Adjusting the flow regulating valve at the upper part of the main valve can set a certain opening degree for the main valve. By adjusting the opening degree of the needle valve and the spring pressure of the pilot valve, the opening degree of the main valve can be maintained at the set value. When pressure changes, the pilot valve automatically adjusts to keep the flow constant.
