fluorine-lined safety valve
I. Overview:
The WA42F46 spring-loaded fluorine-lined safety valve is the latest type of safety valve specially designed for the chemical industry, developed by our company through digestion and absorption of advanced technologies at home and abroad. This valve is an automatic pressure relief device used in pressure vessels, pressure equipment and pipelines handling highly corrosive media such as chlor-alkali chemicals and hydrochloric acid. Its key parts are made of fully PTFE-lined (PFA, F46) materials, which are resistant to hydrochloric acid and other highly corrosive media. The valve body is treated with ion pulse nitriding or lined with PTFE (PFA, F46) to enhance corrosion resistance. To prevent external leakage, this valve adopts a double seal of corrosion-resistant bellows or fluororubber O-rings, effectively preventing external leakage of the medium and fully meeting national sealing performance standards. It is an upgraded product in the field of chemical valves for corrosion resistance such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.
II. Main Features:
A spring-loaded safety valve opens and closes automatically according to the working pressure of the pressure system, and is generally installed on equipment or pipelines of closed systems to protect system safety. When the pressure inside the equipment or pipeline exceeds the set pressure of the spring-loaded safety valve, it automatically opens to release pressure, ensuring that the medium pressure inside the equipment and pipeline remains below the set value, protecting the normal operation of the equipment and pipeline, preventing accidents and reducing losses. The spring-loaded safety valve plays a safety protection role in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the spring-loaded safety valve opens, discharging part of the gas in the system into the atmosphere, so that the system pressure does not exceed the allowable value, thus ensuring that the system will not have accidents due to excessive pressure.
III. Working Principle:
The fluorine-lined safety valve achieves sealing by adjusting the spring force to counteract the medium pressure. When the spring force is greater than the normal pressure of the medium, the disc is in a closed state. When the medium pressure exceeds the set pressure, the spring is compressed, causing the sealing surface of the disc to separate, and the valve opens automatically, followed by full-capacity discharge. When the medium pressure drops to a normal value, the spring force pushes the disc back to the seat, the sealing surface of the disc coincides with the sealing surface of the seat, and the valve closes automatically.
