rotary control valve
I. Introduction:
The T40H rotary control valve is only suitable for medium and low pressure boiler water supply pipelines and high pressure heater drain pipes. By rotating the cylindrical valve disc, the area of the window formed with the valve seat is changed, thereby achieving the purpose of flow regulation. The rotary opening and closing angle of the control valve is 60 degrees, which is indicated by the opening indicator plate above the control valve. It can be equipped with an electric actuator for remote automated operation. Rotating the handwheel clockwise will close the control valve. At this time, the valve stem drives the valve disc to descend until the two conical sealing surfaces contact to achieve a tight seal and close the pipeline. The manual control valves produced by our factory are the best energy-saving products for urban central heating or district heating, mainly used for flow regulation. Control valves are the most widely used type of final control elements. Other final control elements include metering pumps, regulating dampers, louvered dampers (a variant of butterfly valves), variable-pitch fan blades, current regulating devices, and motor positioning devices other than valves.
II. Notes on Storage, Installation and Use:
1. This valve should be stored in a dry indoor space, and both ends of the passage must be blocked. Stacked storage is not allowed.
2. For control valves stored for a long time, regular inspection shall be carried out to remove dirt, and anti-rust oil shall be applied to all moving parts and machined surfaces to prevent rust.
3. This valve shall be installed on a horizontal pipeline, and must be installed vertically, with the valve stem facing upward.
4. Installation must be carried out according to the medium flow direction indicated by the arrow in the diagram.
III. Working Principle and Structure Description:
1. It is mainly composed of a valve body, valve seat, valve disc, valve stem, valve cover, indicator plate, etc.
2. Flow regulation of the valve is achieved through the relative rotation of the cylindrical valve disc and valve seat to change the area of the window on the valve disc.
3. The opening and closing range of the valve is indicated by the opening indicator plate above the valve, and the indicated opening and closing range is consistent with that of the valve.
4. The rotary control valve is operated by a remote controller, with a rotation angle of 60 degrees.
