Q41H Hard-seal Ball Valve
I. Product Introduction:
Hard-sealed ball valves feature a structural design with single-bevel elastic seals, V-groove elastic seals, or V-groove elastic seals. When the medium pressure is low, the contact area between the seal and the ball is small, resulting in a large sealing specific pressure to ensure reliable sealing. When the medium pressure is high, the contact area between the seal and the ball increases, allowing the seal to withstand greater medium thrust without damage. Since seal materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have excellent self-lubricating properties, the friction loss with the ball is small, thus extending the service life of the ball valve. The seat of the Q41H hard-sealed ball valve can be equipped with an auxiliary sealing structure, with grease injection valves installed at the seat and stem. In emergency situations, it can temporarily seal, and the stem can be extended as needed to suit buried installation environments.
II. Product Features:
1. Advanced seat: Designed based on years of ball valve manufacturing experience, ensuring valve sealing, low friction coefficient, small operating torque, multiple seat materials, and wide adaptability.
2. Error-proof handle: Adopts a flat-head stem, which will not misalign with the handle connection, ensuring the handle's indicated open/closed state is consistent with the valve.
3. Locking device: To prevent accidental valve operation, there are locking holes at the fully open and fully closed positions, ensuring the valve stays in the correct position.
4. Stem blowout-proof structure: The stem is bottom-loaded to prevent it from blowing out under pressure. Additionally, after a fire, it forms a metal contact with the valve body to ensure stem sealing.
