Q644F Pneumatic Three-Way Ball Valve
I. Introduction:
Pneumatic three-way ball valves use pneumatic actuators to drive the sphere through a 90-degree rotation to achieve the control purpose of direction change, or through a 180-degree rotation to achieve the control purpose of direction change, diversion and convergence. The pneumatic actuators for ball valves adopt the new AT/GT series pneumatic actuators, whose structure has obtained the national utility model patent, and there are double-acting and single-acting (spring return) types, using a rack-and-pinion structure for transmission, with safer and more reliable performance; for large-diameter valves, AW series pneumatic actuators are used, with a fork-type structure for transmission, which has a reasonable structure and large output torque. Ball valves are divided into L-type and T-type. L-type ball valves are suitable for switching the flow direction of the medium, and can connect two mutually perpendicular channels; T-type ball valves are suitable for diversion, convergence or flow direction switching of the medium. The T-type channel can connect three channels with each other or connect two of the channels. Pneumatic three-way ball valves generally adopt a two-seat structure, and can also adopt a four-seat structure according to user requirements.
II. Features:
1. Compact structure, quick opening and closing, unobstructed flow path, and small fluid resistance.
2. Easy maintenance: After depressurizing the system, the entire valve body does not need to be disassembled for inspection and maintenance.
3. Good sealing performance: Using the elastic deformation of the four-sided seat material polytetrafluoroethylene to achieve leak-free sealing.
4. Anti-static function: A spring is set between the sphere, the valve stem and the valve body, which can lead out the static electricity generated during the switching process.
5. Multi-purpose valve: Any port can be used as an inlet without leakage, and the three-way can be made into an L-type port or a T-type port.
6. Since materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have good self-lubricity and small friction loss with the sphere, the service life of the ball valve is long.
