T668H pneumatic high-pressure control valve
I. Introduction:
The pneumatic high-pressure regulating valve is composed of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a straight-through single-seat cage valve body. The valve core is a plunger type, and for applications under high differential pressure conditions, the valve core head is carburized or inlaid with hard alloy to resist erosion and cavitation under high differential pressure, thereby extending the service life of the valve. Since the valve is used in a high differential pressure environment, the unbalanced force of the medium on the valve core is relatively large, so the selection of the corresponding pneumatic actuator also needs to be increased. The pneumatic single-seat regulating valve is equipped with a HEP positioner or YT-1000L positioner, and imported positioners such as Siemens positioner and Azbil positioner can be configured according to user requirements. The input signal of the valve positioner is 4-20mA, and an output signal of 4-20mA can be optionally configured.
II. Actuator:
Type: HA multi-spring diaphragm actuator
Diaphragm material: Nitrile rubber with nylon fabric
Spring range: 40~200, 80~240kPa
Supply air pressure: 280~400kPa
Air source interface: Rc 1/4
Ambient temperature: -30~+70℃
Valve action type: Air-to-close or air-to-open
Accessories: Positioner, air filter regulator, lock-up valve, limit switch, valve position transmitter, handwheel mechanism, etc.
III. Performance:
Leakage: Metal seat: Less than 0.1% of the valve's rated capacity, conforming to ANSI B16.104-1976 Class Ⅲ
Hysteresis: With positioner: Less than 1% of full travel
Basic error: With positioner: Less than ±1% of full travel
Note: When using standard V-shaped PTFE packing
Adjustable range: 50:1
IV. Product Installation:
1. This valve should be stored in a dry room, and both ends of the passage must be blocked. It is not allowed to be stacked for storage.
2. Regulating valves stored for a long time should be inspected regularly, dirt should be removed, and anti-rust oil should be applied to all moving parts and machined surfaces to prevent rust.
3. This valve should be installed on a horizontal pipeline and must be installed vertically. The valve stem should face upward.
4. It must be installed in accordance with the medium flow direction indicated by the arrow in the diagram.
