I. Overview:
This product is a pyrolysis particle measuring electrical fire monitoring detector. The pyrolysis particle detector is mainly used to monitor the changes of pyrolysis particles in the protected area. Its working principle is as follows: Cables, plastics and other substances will decompose into particles and gases when heated. These particles are the smallest components of matter that can exist in a free state. No matter what causes an electrical fire, it is manifested as object overheating, particle release, gas generation and odor emission in the early stage. The main heat sources of electrical faults in electrical cabinets are cables, load switches and protectors. The particles decomposed by heating in electrical cabinets are mainly salt particles and gas molecules. The HSJ-RJ2602 pyrolysis particle measuring electrical fire monitoring detector can monitor the particles (diameter: 1nm～10nm) and gases generated by overheating decomposition of electrical equipment such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulated cables, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), epoxy glass fiber laminates, various batteries, circuit breakers, load switches, etc. It can give real-time alarms before visually visible smoke is generated, judge the overheating of insulators, realize very early monitoring of electrical fires and prevent problems before they happen.
II. Technical Features:
The pyrolysis particle measuring electrical fire monitoring detector can be used independently or connected to a host computer through a switch quantity port or an RS485 port. When the alarm condition is met, it will give an audible and visual alarm prompt and feed back the detection result to the host computer. This product can communicate with the host computer in real time via RS485 and feed back the monitored pyrolysis particles to the host computer. The detector integrates three types of sensing technologies, can accurately monitor seven types of monitoring parameters, and accurately avoids false alarms caused by various interference factors through a dynamic weight algorithm of multiple parameters.
