JTY-GM-HA221-RS485 Networked Smoke and Heat Fire Detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is suitable for fire pre-alarm in civil and industrial places such as box-type substations, cabinets, substations, warehouses, and motor rooms. The detector has the characteristics of high sensitivity, stability and reliability, low power consumption, beautiful and durable appearance, and convenient use, and can be used with security systems.

II. Functions:
Self-test: Press the test button, the detector's LED stays on continuously and emits an alarm sound at the same time (Note: The self-test only checks the internal functions of the detector itself, and no relay signal is output during self-test).
Operation: Under normal circumstances, the detector's indicator light flashes approximately every 6 seconds. The detector automatically detects the smoke concentration in the surrounding environment and performs automatic sensitivity compensation according to the usage environment. When the smoke concentration approaches the alarm value, the detector accelerates the intelligent calculation of the smoke concentration trend, and the alarm indicator light starts flashing. If the calculation result reaches or exceeds the alarm value, the detector starts audible and visual alarm. When the smoke concentration in the surrounding environment drops below the alarm value, the detector automatically returns to normal working status. When the on-site temperature of the detector reaches 57℃, the detector's indicator light starts flashing; when the on-site temperature is lower than 57℃, the detector automatically returns to normal working status.
RS-485 Communication: Adopts a standard RS-485 communication interface, and the communication baud rate can be selected as: 2400bps, 4800bps, 9600bps, 19200bps, with the default being 4800bps. Modbus-RTU Protocol: The alarm status register address is 03, read via function code 03, with status "0" or "1": normally open ("1" is normal, "0" is alarm), normally closed ("0" is normal, "1" is alarm).
