Innovation Work Mechanism

The Ice Monitoring Elf is installed at a suitable position on the transmission line, conducts real-time image monitoring and shooting of the site, performs neighborhood mean filtering noise reduction on the images, image segmentation with adaptive thresholds, LoG operator-based transmission line edge contour detection, and calculates the icing thickness through processes such as differentiated extraction of boundary contour coordinates when there is icing or not. After digitally compressing the data, it is transmitted to the monitoring center via GPRS/GSM communication network.
