With the continuous expansion of power grid scale and the increasing complexity of operating environment, the safe and stable operation of transmission line towers is facing multiple challenges from geological disasters, foundation settlement and other factors. Especially in goafs, subsidence areas and bad geological sections, the tilt change of towers is an important factor affecting the safety of transmission lines. In order to realize real-time, accurate and remote monitoring of tower tilt status, we have launched our independently developed Online Monitoring Device for Transmission Line Tower Tilt (
I. Product Overview
Online Monitoring Device for Transmission Line Tower Tilt
II. Core Functional Features
Adopts high-precision dual-axis tilt sensors to monitor the horizontal and vertical tilt angles of towers in real time, with a measurement accuracy of up to
Has high anti-vibration capability (
Embedded low-power design: compact size, low power consumption, suitable for long-term field deployment.
Strong environmental adaptability: wide working temperature range (
Solar power supply system: adopts solar panels combined with battery power supply, ensuring continuous operation in areas without mains power.
Intelligent network protocol: supports dynamic/
Flexible triggering and interfaces: provides two digital input/output channels, supports external switching value triggering, and has multiple triggering start modes to meet the needs of complex scenarios.
Automatic acquisition and storage: collects tilt data automatically at fixed intervals and stores it locally.
Response to remote call: can respond to the data call command of the back-end system in real time and report the current monitoring data immediately.
Remote parameter configuration: supports remote modification of parameters such as acquisition interval and working mode, realizing the "unmanned" operation and maintenance management of the device.
Seamless connection to upper-level platforms: monitoring data can be stably accessed to the PMS (Production Management System) or unified monitoring platform of provincial/municipal power companies.
Powerful software support: provides PC and mobile client applications, making it convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to view real-time data, historical curves and alarm information anytime and anywhere.
Excellent expandability: standard interfaces are reserved in the design, which can be easily connected to video monitoring, image monitoring or other meteorological, conductor status and other monitoring systems to build a comprehensive three-dimensional monitoring network.
III. Application Value
Prevent tower collapse accidents: through continuous monitoring, timely alarm when tower tilt exceeds the threshold, winning valuable time for emergency repair and preventive maintenance.
Aid in disaster assessment: provide long-term, objective data support for geological disaster assessment and governance effect verification in goafs and subsidence areas.
Optimize operation and maintenance strategies: realize the transformation from "regular inspection" to "condition-based monitoring", reduce operation and maintenance costs, and improve the intelligent and refined level of line operation and maintenance.
Ensure power grid safety: provide a solid and reliable digital safety defense line for transmission lines, especially important lines in complex geological sections.
