II. Working Principle When the tower crane anti-high-voltage touch alarm works, it extracts the received 50Hz power frequency detection signal, eliminates interference signals through digital filtering, analyzes its signal strength, and automatically detects the distance between the equipment and high-voltage lines according to changes in distance and voltage, performing a series of front-end analysis and processing. When the analysis result reaches the preset early warning value, it immediately sends a wireless alarm signal to the receiver. After receiving the signal, the receiver alarms to prompt the user that the equipment is approaching high-voltage electricity and to pay attention to safety. In addition, during use, the device does not give early warnings for direct current, high frequency, or static electricity. It is mainly used to detect voltage early warnings for outdoor overhead lines above 220V and power frequencies of 50-60Hz, because the electric field around the overhead single line is stable, with high detection sensitivity, making it easy for the product to receive detection signals. III. Main Functional Features 1. The alarm distance of the transmitting end can be set. The alarm distance has a certain relationship with the voltage of the high-voltage electricity; the higher the voltage, the greater the power frequency electric field strength it generates. By adopting different processing networks and setting different voltage levels, it can be set according to the relevant distance requirements of the State Grid. During installation, attention should be paid to the angle and direction of the antenna, and whether there are obstacles, etc. 2. The alarm methods are flexible and diverse. It can output a normally open contact (passive), which closes when alarming, and CAN bus and 485 interface control outputs can be added. 3. It supports a wide variety of voltage levels. Currently, the supported voltage levels include 10KV, 35KV, 110KV, 220KV, and custom voltage levels are also available. 4. It has a wide range of applications. It can be used in aerial work vehicles, aerial work platforms, lifting machinery, tower cranes, cranes, and seat vehicles. 5. The power supply methods are flexible. Both the transmitting module and the receiver can be powered by DC24V or by batteries. 6. The transmission distance is long.
