1. Overview

In this Gobi desert landform environment, strong winds are very prone to occur. Under the action of wind, the lines will dance up and down, which may seriously cause the towers to twist. If the lines are in a dancing state for a long time, their own stiffness will also decrease, reducing their service life. Therefore, our company has designed the Line Dance Monitoring System.

2. Working Principle

The Line Dance Monitoring System adopts wind-solar hybrid front-end power supply, and can measure the dance amplitude and frequency values with an error of less than ten percent. In addition to data monitoring and collection, it also supports continuous video monitoring with 360-degree horizontal adjustment and 180-degree vertical adjustment. The collected dance data, micro-meteorological data and video data are comprehensively sent to the monitoring center in the form of IP packets. By analyzing and comparing with the actual on-site situation, it is judged whether abnormal dance occurs, so that maintenance personnel can take countermeasures in time, thereby ensuring the stable operation of high-voltage lines.

Equipped with micro-meteorological data collection function;

Intelligent dance analysis, forming a three-dimensional monitoring system for the entire monitored line through the platform's three-dimensional analysis algorithm;

With real-time video browsing function, resolution ≤1080P, it can realize the monitoring of conductor dance, and assist in diagnosing dance information through image recognition and processing;

Stable and reliable battery charging management system, with solar charging efficiency increased by at least 20%;

Supports the "General Technical Specifications for Transmission Line Condition Monitoring Devices" and accesses the power standard platform;

Supports the enterprise standard B interface requirements of "Power Grid Video Monitoring System and Interface", and supports access to the intranet unified video platform;

Has a WeChat client, which regularly pushes dance-related data and captured images on WeChat;

Equipped with a patrol inspection function, meeting the monitoring needs of power departments, and recording the patrol time and interval of inspection personnel in real time, preventing phenomena such as missed inspections and wrong inspections by inspection personnel;

The device has a built-in security encryption chip, which realizes encrypted data transmission and ensures the secure transmission of data.
