The process of injection molding generally includes steps such as mold design, plastic material selection, injection molding machine parameter setting, injection process control, and post-processing of products. In mold design, factors such as product size and structural complexity need to be considered to ensure the quality of the final product. When selecting plastic materials, characteristics such as the melting point, fluidity, and heat resistance of the materials need to be considered to meet the usage requirements of the product. During the injection molding process, by reasonably setting parameters such as the temperature, pressure, and injection speed of the injection molding machine, the molten state of the plastic and the stability of the injection process can be controlled. Finally, in the post-processing of products, methods such as deburring, polishing, and coloring can be used to improve the appearance and service life of the products.
