JERRYS Intelligent Spray Robot System Process Flow JERRYS ROBOT Requirements for pre-treatment process: 1. Input products: Place the objects to be coated on the inserts to start the work. 2. Electrostatic dust removal: Remove the oil and dust brought during injection molding. 3. Preheating: Provide a certain temperature to the objects to be coated for better color application. 4. Primer spraying: Cover the original color of the plastic, and spray the base color first according to the production requirements. 5. Drying: Through the temperature in the IR zone of the tunnel, achieve a semi-dry state to prepare for the next spraying process. 6. Surface spraying: Spray the required color. 7. Leveling and drying: Level and dry through the tunnel. 8. UV spray curing: Combine with UV coating and use the required light energy (800~1200mj) from UV 365nm light to achieve instant curing. 9. Shipment and inspection & packaging. The coating production line process is divided into: pre-treatment, powder coating, and heat curing.
