SLH Fluidized Bed Device
The fluidization device for injection tanks produced by Xiangye has the fluidizer installed at the lower part of the injection tank. Its main material is a diffusion metal mesh plate, and a gas equalizer is installed inside to ensure uniform airflow distribution across the entire fluidized bed. It is classified as follows:
(I) SLH-type upper-discharge fluidization device
This product is specially designed to match the upper-discharge process of coal injection tanks. According to installation space and maintenance requirements, its fluidization device is divided into two structures: integrated and separate bed type. The integrated structure adopts an integrated design, with compact volume and convenient installation, suitable for working conditions with limited space; the separate bed structure separates the fluidization assembly from the support structure, facilitating later overhaul, maintenance and component replacement, and can fully meet users' diverse needs for equipment installation space and operation and maintenance convenience. (Note: It can be manufactured according to any flange standards (such as GB, HG, ANSI, DIN, etc.) and custom specifications based on users' actual pipeline connection requirements, ensuring seamless docking with the existing pipeline system.)
(II) XLH-type lower-discharge fluidization device
This product is mainly applied in the fluidization link of lower-discharge coal injection devices, and can also be used as a discharge fluidization device at the lower part of the coal powder bin, with wide functional applicability. In terms of specifications and sizes, a rich variety of custom options are available. The nominal diameter range of the coal inlet is DN400 - DN1000, and the nominal diameter range of the coal outlet is DN600 - DN1500, which can match coal powder conveying projects of different scales from small test lines to large industrial production lines, meeting the specification requirements of various equipment configurations. (Note: It supports manufacturing according to any flange standards and custom specifications, further enhancing the versatility and adaptability of the equipment to different pipeline systems and reducing users' system transformation costs.)
