The disc-type pulverized coal distributor has the following advantages:
- High distribution uniformity: The sum of the outlet areas of each branch pipe is close to the area of the inlet channel. When the high-pressure solid-gas flow enters the inner cavity, a strong vortex will form, which wraps the pulverized coal and distributes it evenly to each branch pipe. The distribution error can be ≤5%.
- Small resistance loss: When pulverized coal enters the inner cavity of the distributor from the conveying pipeline, due to the sudden increase in volume and the reasonable angle of the specially designed curved surface inside, the gas mechanics principle is used to reduce the equipment resistance to a reasonable level, the friction coefficient becomes smaller, and the resistance is generally less than 0.5 kPa.
- Stable and reliable conveying: Made of carbon steel parts, with precise processing and high geometric accuracy, the conical inner cavity has a simple structure. When pulverized coal flows through the distributor, there is no swirl or pulsation, the pulsation during conveying is small, the injection is stable and reliable, and it can reach the ideal flow rate required by users.
- Low wear and long service life: There is no throat structure, which avoids throat blockage and the decrease of distribution accuracy caused by uneven throat wear. At the same time, the joints between the branch pipes and the main body are built with wear-resistant surfacing, and each pulverized coal injection branch pipe is lined with wear-resistant ceramics, which reduces wear and prolongs the service life.
