- Structural Composition: A dust bearing consists of a roller assembly (composed of a roller shaft, a roller, and a sealing sleeve) and a support (composed of a base plate, a gasket, a locking sleeve, a split pin, a pin shaft, a retaining ring, a guard, etc.). The roller is cylindrical, fits with the roller shaft with a clearance, and has a groove matching the sealing sleeve; the roller shaft has a narrow section in the middle, with retaining ring grooves and split pin holes at both ends. The base plate of the support is rectangular, with fixing bolt holes at both ends, a rectangular hole in the middle for dust discharge, and symmetric side wall plates with inclined grooves, locking sleeve holes, pin shaft mounting holes, etc.
- Working Principle: Dust bearings are mainly used to support the rapping shaft of electrostatic precipitators, bearing radial loads, so that the rapping shaft can only rotate in place without any transverse or longitudinal movement, ensuring the normal operation of the rapping shaft and thus realizing rapping and dust removal for the plates and wires of the electrostatic precipitator.
