Product Overview
The air replenisher is a key equipment specially designed for pulverized coal pneumatic conveying systems. It is installed on the main pulverized coal pipeline at the outlet of the injection tank, used for dynamic dilution and mixing adjustment of high-concentration pulverized coal. Its core function is to optimize the solid-gas two-phase flow state through precise air replenishment, achieve full mixing of pulverized coal and gas, and form stable dense-phase fluidized conveying, thereby ensuring long-distance, high-efficiency, and low-energy-consumption continuous conveying of pulverized coal.

- Outer ring air is replenished at a tangential angle of 15°-30° to form a spiral jet, enhancing pulverized coal diffusion.
- The gas-solid contact area is increased by more than 50%, and the mixing uniformity reaches an industry-leading level.
3. Dynamic Adjustment Mechanism (Adjustable Type)
- Adopts precision thread adjustment components; rotating the round nut can adjust the annular gap opening (0.5-5mm) in real time, with an air volume adjustment range of 1:10.
- Supports online fine adjustment, matching working condition changes without shutting down the equipment.
4. Industrial-grade Reliability
- Main Body Material: Wear-resistant alloy steel (inner wall can be compounded with ceramic coating, extending service life by 3 times).
