Working Principle of Xiangye Environmental Protection Rapping Hammers: Anode rapping hammers are systems that cause plates and wires to vibrate, so as to remove dust deposited on their surfaces. The shaft buckle of the anode rapping hammer is composed of two parts: a U-shaped clip and a shaft clip connected to the shaft, and then the two parts are welded together. It should be noted that the welded shaft buckle must be positioned at the required relative position, so that the assembled rapping hammer can hit the required position correctly.
Generally, one rapping hammer is installed for each row of plates. The rapping hammers of each row in the same electric field are installed on a single transmission shaft, and are staggered by an angle in sequence, so that each row of plates is alternately rapped. The rapping intensity and rapping frequency can be adjusted by appropriate electric control devices. The anode rapping hammer includes a flexible clamping arm, a hammer head, a hammer handle and a rapping shaft, which is characterized in that the flexible clamping arm is divided into a first arm, an arc-shaped flexible arm and a second arm. The first arm of the flexible clamping arm is connected to the hammer head by a large rivet, and the second arm of the flexible clamping arm is movably connected to the hammer handle by a small rivet, and the hammer handle is fixed to the rapping shaft.
The advantage of the anode rapping hammer is that the hammer arm is designed in a curved shape. As the rapping shaft rotates, the curved hammer arm rotates closely with the shaft, and the distance between the hammer head and the rapping shaft is always kept within a very small range, which can prevent the hammer head from entering the discharge distance of the electric field and causing discharge between the negative line and the hammer head. At the same time, the moment of force that lifts the hammer head is greatly reduced, so a rapping motor with lower power can be used to achieve a good rapping effect.
