Product Description: Air Supplement Regulator, custom-designed for pulverized coal pneumatic conveying systems, is elegantly installed on the main pulverized coal pipe at the outlet of the injection tank. Its mission is to skillfully dilute the high-concentration pulverized coal from the injection tank when the pulverized coal is flowing at high speed, ensuring a perfect mix between solids and gases, forming a stable and uniform dense-phase gas-solid two-phase flow, paving the way for long-distance conveying of pulverized coal.

1. For pulverized coal pneumatic conveying, Air Supplement Regulator, with its wide gas flow adjustment range, is an indispensable key for long-distance dense-phase conveying. It is installed on the main pulverized coal pipe at the outlet of the injection tank. By diluting high-concentration pulverized coal, it optimizes the solid-gas mixing ratio, ensuring the harmonious coexistence of pulverized coal and gas, and forming a stable flow state.
2. The internal structure of this Air Supplement device is ingeniously designed. By finely adjusting the round nut, the gap of the air supplement airway can be easily adjusted, thereby achieving precise control of the air supplement flow and flow rate, flexibly adjusting the coal injection volume, and accurately responding to production needs.
