Cathode rapping hammer
The shaft buckle of the rapping hammer is composed of two parts: a U-shaped clip and a shaft clip connected to the shaft, which are then welded together. However, due to the influence of various conditions on welding quality, the welded shaft buckle cannot meet the required relative position, causing the assembled rapping hammer to fail to hit the required position correctly. Moreover, the welded structure is prone to fracture of the shaft buckle and the pin shaft, which affects the normal operation of the electrostatic precipitator. Our company adopts an integral rapping hammer formed by one-time pressing of an integral steel plate for the U-shaped clip and the shaft clip connected to the shaft. This ensures the accuracy of the shaft buckle and the relative position required for installation, enabling stable operation of the electrostatic precipitator, reducing pollution, and protecting the environment.
A mechanical rapping hammer for the cathode top of an electrostatic precipitator, designed to reduce mechanical wear and dust, places the rapping hammer outside the dust collection area of the electrostatic precipitator, above the electrostatic precipitator; a fork plate (6) is installed on the rotating shaft (8) at the position opposite to the rapping hammer (3); opposite the rapping anvil (2), the rapping hammer (3) is installed on the bracket (13) placed on the insulator cover plate (4); the rotating shaft (8) is connected to the insulator cover plate (4) through the bearing seat (7) and the support (5), thus having the advantages of simple manufacturing, convenient installation and maintenance, and low cost, making it an ideal cathode rapping device for electrostatic precipitators.
The cathode rapping hammer is formed by the precise combination of multiple parts, including a flexible clamping arm, a hammer head, a hammer handle, and a rapping shaft. Its unique feature is that the flexible clamping arm is ingeniously designed as one arm, an arc-shaped flexible arm, and another arm. Among them, one arm is tightly connected to the hammer head through a thick large rivet, while the other arm is movably connected to the hammer handle through a small and delicate rivet, and finally the hammer handle is firmly fixed on the rapping shaft.
The biggest highlight of the launched anode rapping hammer lies in the curved design of the hammer arm. This design allows the curved hammer arm to rotate closely with the shaft when the rapping shaft rotates, always maintaining a very small distance between the hammer head and the rapping shaft. Such a design not only prevents the hammer head from entering the electric field discharge distance, thus avoiding discharge between the cathode line and the hammer head, but also greatly reduces the lifting force of the hammer head, enabling the use of a rapping motor with lower power to achieve excellent rapping effects.
Regarding the working principle of the anode rapping hammer, it removes dust deposited on the plates and wires by causing them to vibrate. Its shaft buckle has a unique structure, composed of two parts: a U-shaped clip and a shaft clip connected to the shaft, and is precisely welded to ensure the correctness of their relative positions. Usually, one rapping hammer is installed for a row of plates, while multiple rows of rapping hammers in the same electric field are placed on one transmission shaft, with a certain angle staggered between each row, so that each row of plates can be rapped alternately. The rapping strength and frequency can be flexibly adjusted through an intelligent electronic control device.
