The pulverized coal airflow flows from the lance pipe to the lance head, is diverted by the atomizing disc, and is ejected in an umbrella shape to form an atomized pulverized coal flow. These fine atomized pulverized coal flows instantly mix well with the blast furnace hot air, enabling full combustion of pulverized coal. It features a reasonable structure, convenient use, and improves the pulverized coal combustion rate and the mixing ratio of pulverized coal and blast furnace hot air.
The three types of pellet valves, namely square, date-pit-shaped and elbow-shaped, are widely used in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems of domestic iron and steel enterprises. They are installed on the blast furnace straight blowpipe to connect the pulverized coal lance. When the lance is inserted into the blast furnace, the valve opens; when the lance is pulled out, the valve automatically closes to prevent the hot gas in the furnace from leaking out.
