The purpose and characteristics of coal powder fluidization devices: Coal powder fluidized conveyors are key equipment for coal powder conveying. Installed at the lower part of the injection tank, they mainly use liquid diffusion metal mesh plates as the main material, with a gas equalizer inside to ensure uniform air flow distribution across the entire fluidized bed, improve the fluidization effect of coal powder, and realize the conveying of coal powder.
Point-type fluidizers (cone fluidizers, fluidization nozzles, fluidization spray nozzles) are auxiliary flow components in the process of discharging powder materials from silos. They are also one of the important parts of blast furnace coal injection systems, playing a very important role in the coal injection system. They are installed at multiple points in the cone part of the injection tank (coal powder silo), the dead corners of the powder silo and powder conveying pipes, to prevent coal powder from caking and achieve fluidization of coal powder. In the blast furnace coal injection system, they help maintain the fluidized state of coal powder.
Air is introduced through the porous plate to fluidize the powder material, increasing its fluidity and preventing bridging to ensure smooth discharge of the material. They are installed evenly in the cone part of the injection tank (coal powder silo), the dead corners of the powder silo and powder conveying pipes, to prevent coal powder from adhering to the inner wall of the injection tank (coal powder silo), caking and arching, and achieve fluidization of coal powder.

According to different coal powder conveying process forms, they are divided into two types: "top discharge" and "bottom discharge".
