Air replenisher
The DN175/DN50 air supplement device produced by Xiangye Environmental Protection, with a length of 635mm, is also known as an air supplement regulator or booster. This device has a unique internal design. By adjusting the round nut, the gap of the air supplement airway can be changed, thereby adjusting the air supplement volume and flow rate, and further adjusting the coal injection volume to meet production requirements.
The structure of the air supplement device is divided into two types: adjustable and non-adjustable. The adjustable air supplement device mainly consists of two sets of pipes. The inner pipe carries coal powder, and the annular gap formed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe carries the supplementary gas. The supplementary gas changes the conveying environment of the coal powder, improving the pneumatic conveying condition of the coal powder pipeline.
This air supplement regulator improves the straight-cone annular gap airway into a swirling airway, making the mixing of powder and gas more sufficient and uniform. It can adjust the powder-gas mixing ratio arbitrarily, generate pulsation, greatly improve conveying capacity, reduce conveying cost, has low failure rate and long service life. During dense-phase conveying, by adjusting the bypass air supplement volume, the powder flow rate can be adjusted within a large range, and the formed material column can be destroyed to achieve long-distance stable conveying effect. This air supplement device adopts an inner and outer sleeve structure: the central pipe conveys pulverized coal, and the outer annular pipe conveys secondary air, which forms a jet at a certain angle and mixes circumferentially with the central powder. It is widely applicable to pneumatic conveying and dust removal systems of powders such as blast furnace pulverized coal injection, power plant fly ash, cement, and dust.
