cathode rapping hammer
The advantage of the anode rapping hammer lies in that the hammer arm is designed in a curved shape. As the rapping shaft rotates, the curved hammer arm rotates closely with the shaft, and the distance between the hammer head and the center of the rapping shaft is always kept within a very small range. This can prevent the hammer head from entering the effective discharge distance of the electric field, which would cause a discharge phenomenon between the cathode line and the hammer head. At the same time, the torque required to lift the hammer head is greatly reduced, so a rapping motor with lower power can be used to achieve a good rapping effect.
Working principle: The anode rapping hammer is a system that causes vibration of the plates and poles to remove dust deposited on their surfaces. The shaft buckle of the anode rapping hammer is composed of two parts: a U-shaped clip and a shaft clip connected to the shaft, and then these two parts are welded together. It should be noted that the welded shaft buckle must maintain the required relative position, so that the assembled rapping hammer can hit the required position correctly. Generally, one rapping hammer is installed for a row of plates, and the rapping hammers for each row in the same electric field are installed on one transmission shaft, and are staggered at an angle in sequence, so that each row of plates is rapped alternately. The rapping intensity and rapping frequency can be adjusted by appropriate electronic control devices.
Rapping hammer heads are divided into more than ten models such as Type A hammer head, Type B hammer head, and Type C hammer head according to their shapes, among which Type A hammer head is commonly used. Type A hammer head is also a kind of hammer head with a simple structure. According to different usage locations, Type A hammer heads are divided into two types: anode rapping hammer heads and cathode rapping hammer heads. The anode rapping hammer is larger than the cathode rapping hammer. The commonly used anode rapping hammer has a diameter of 115, while the commonly used cathode rapping hammer has a diameter of 90. The Type A hammer head is used in conjunction with a hoop. The hoop is also divided into two types: with a wear-resistant sleeve and without a wear-resistant sleeve. The hammer head and the hoop are collectively referred to as the Type A hammer head assembly.
Xiangye Environmental Protection produces various specifications of rapping hammers. Commonly used ones include: curved-arm rapping hammers, straight-arm rapping hammers, anode rapping hammers, cathode rapping hammers, bean sprout hammers, etc. We also customize special-shaped rapping hammers, dust-in bearings, anode plates, and thorn lines The dust removal effect of rapping hammers for electrostatic precipitator accessories mainly depends on the rapping intensity and rapping frequency. The rapping intensity of the rapping hammer is determined by the weight of the hammer head and the length of the flexible arm. The rapping intensity is generally expressed as a multiple of the gravitational acceleration g (9.80m/s²) generated in the normal direction of the precipitation electrode plate surface. It is generally required that the rapping intensity at each point on the plate is not less than 100~200g. In practice, the rapping intensity of the rapping hammer should not be too large. It only needs to be able to keep a thin layer of dust remaining on the plate surface; otherwise, secondary dust emission will increase and structural damage will be aggravated.
