The working principle of Xiangye Environmental Protection's dust-in-bearings is as follows:
Through the design of components such as the roller assembly and the support, the dust-in-bearings can play the role of fixing the rapping shaft in the electrostatic precipitator, preventing the rapping shaft from shifting and jumping.
Its special structural design helps extend service life and facilitates installation, maintenance and replacement.
The dust-in-bearings theoretically cannot achieve a transmission function; instead, it may affect transmission. Therefore, it is very necessary to ensure good lubrication of the bearings on high-speed shafts.
The dust-in-bearings are components specially used in electrostatic precipitators, mainly for fixing the rapping shaft, preventing it from shifting and jumping, and ensuring smooth rotation. In addition, during rapping, it can discharge the dust that has entered the shaft hole outward as the shaft rotates, thereby improving the working environment of the rapping shaft.
Structure of the dust-in-bearings
The dust-in-bearings consist of the following parts:
Roller shaft: There is a narrow section in the middle, with retaining ring grooves and split pin holes at both ends.
Roller: Cylindrical in shape, with a clearance fit with the roller shaft, and provided with a groove that matches the sealing sleeve.
Sealing sleeve: Used to prevent dust from entering the interior of the bearing.
Support: The bottom plate is rectangular, with fixing bolt holes at both ends and a rectangular hole in the middle for dust discharge; the side wall panels are symmetrical, with inclined grooves, locking sleeve holes and pin shaft mounting holes, etc.
Other accessories: Including gaskets, locking sleeves, split pins, pin shafts, retaining rings, guards, etc.
