Product Overview:
The electric flanged gate valve consists of a gate valve body matched with a multi-turn electric actuator, enabling the gate plate to move up and down linearly to remotely control the valve opening and closing, which is convenient and efficient. The electric flanged gate valve is suitable for pipelines in systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, hydraulic power, and thermal power plants where the nominal pressure is PN1.6～16.0MPa and the operating temperature is between -29℃ and 500℃, to remotely control the valve opening and closing and cut off or connect the pipeline medium. The applicable media for the electric wedge gate valve include: water, oil, steam, acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, sulfur-containing natural gas, etc.
Product Features:
1. Gate valves are one of the commonly used shut-off valves, mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in pipelines; Gate valves have a wide range of applicable pressure, temperature and diameter, and are suitable for medium and large diameter pipelines.
2. The wedge-type rigid single-gate plate has a simple structure, small size and reliable use. It is suitable for environments with medium and low temperature media and pressures. 4. Labor-saving opening and closing. The movement direction of the gate plate during opening and closing is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium. Compared with globe valves, gate valves are more labor-saving to operate.
5. The flow direction of the medium is generally not restricted. The medium can flow through either side of the gate valve, achieving the purpose of connection or cut-off. It is easy to install and suitable for pipelines where the flow direction of the medium may change.
