The YJ-8143 Shellac Ash Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements for ash determination specified in the standard GB/T 8143 "Methods for Inspection of Shellac Products", and is suitable for determining the ash content of shellac by the method specified in the standard. Test Principle: The sample is carbonized, incinerated at high temperature, ashed, weighed, and the ash content is calculated.
I. Main Technical Features of the YJ-8143 Shellac Ash Tester:
1. This instrument consists of three parts: a high-temperature heating furnace, a temperature control console, and an electric furnace. It has a small volume and occupies little space.
2. The heating furnace adopts an integrated structure, special refractory materials and heating components, with short heating time and long service life, and the whole machine is beautifully designed. The inner lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of high-alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials.
3. The temperature control console uses an adjustable digital display controller, with small temperature overshoot and stable and accurate temperature control.
4. The spiral heating element wound from iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is inserted into the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right sides of the inner furnace lining, providing heating from all four directions. The furnace is a sealed structure, and the insulation layer between the inner furnace and the furnace shell is built with refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomite products.
5. Determination Procedure: Weigh about 3g of the sample that has passed through a sieve with a pore size of about 0.4mm (equivalent to 40 mesh), accurate to 0.1mg, and place it in a porcelain crucible that has been incinerated at 500℃ to 550℃ to constant weight. First, carbonize it completely at low temperature, then move it into the furnace and incinerate it at 500℃ to 550℃ for 1 hour. After all is ashed, take it out and let it cool slightly, then place it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature and weigh. Repeat incineration for 30 minutes, cool to room temperature and weigh, until the difference between the two consecutive weights is no more than 0.0005g.
