YJ-8143ALac Heat Hardening Time Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the determination of heat hardening time in the standard GB/T 8143 "Methods for Inspection of Lac Products", and is applicable to the determination of the heat hardening time of lac by the method specified in the standard. Test Principle: Lac undergoes dehydration and polymerization when heated. The heat hardening time refers to the time required for the polymerization of lac under specified conditions.
I. Main Technical Features of YJ-8143ALac Heat Hardening Time Tester
1. This instrument consists of a closed electric furnace, a test plate, a picking needle, etc. It has a small volume and occupies little space.
2. The closed electric furnace adopts an integrated structure with a magnesium-aluminum alloy heating plate, which has a short heating time, long service life and beautiful overall design.
3. The temperature control uses an adjustable LCD digital display controller, which has small temperature overshoot and stable and accurate temperature control.
4. Test Procedure: Weigh 0.05g±0.001g of sample that has passed through a sieve with an aperture of approximately 0.4mm (equivalent to 40 mesh), and evenly place it in the copper block recess of the heat hardening tester at a temperature of 170℃±0.5℃. Immediately press the stopwatch when the sample is completely melted. The test needle forms an angle of approximately 30° with the horizontal plane, and stirs with the needle tip at a speed of 60r/min. Near the end point, use the needle tip to pick the sample. When the test needle can separate the sample by picking, that is the end point. Immediately stop the stopwatch. The time recorded by the stopwatch is the heat hardening time. Each sample is tested 2 to 3 times, and the shorter time among the two times with a difference within 5s is taken as the standard. If the difference exceeds 5s, retest until it meets the requirements.
