This instrument adopts the light scattering method and uses manual single-sample injection. It is mainly used for automatic detection of visible foreign matter (glass chips, metal chips, fibers, hairs, white spots, white blocks, etc.) in injections (ampoules, vials) and generates corresponding test reports. It adopts the manual single-sample injection method, detects visible foreign matter in samples by rotating the samples at high speed and performing dynamic image acquisition and analysis, and fully meets the detection requirements of the light scattering method in the General Rules of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The instrument can be calibrated with standard particles for visible foreign matter to ensure the accuracy of detection precision. The software has functions of permission management and audit trail, and can export and back up data and reports.
