YJH-18712 Supernatant Clarity Tester is an instrument developed in accordance with the requirements for clarity tester devices specified in the standard GB/T 18712-2002 "Test Methods for Flocculant Performance in Coal Preparation". For coal slurry in coal preparation plants, flocculant performance is reflected in differences in settling speed, supernatant clarity, and sediment volume. Add the flocculant solution to a graduated cylinder containing coal slurry, mix well, an interface forms between the supernatant and flocs, measure the free settling speed (or initial settling speed), supernatant clarity, and sediment volume to characterize the flocculant performance.
I. Main Features
1. The traditional timing dial has been removed, replaced by chip integrated control, with fully touch-sensitive keys, simple operation, and the instrument's service life has been increased by 3 times.
2. Users can calibrate the instrument's illuminance by themselves according to a standard illuminance meter, which adds a self-calibration function.
3. The length of the bottom whiteboard has been increased, allowing side-by-side detection of the supernatant.
4. The detection lamp has been upgraded to an Aji precision lamp, with a service life twice that of traditional lamps.
5. A voltage stabilization control circuit has been added, the detection optical path system eliminates stroboscopic light, the illuminance is adjustable, the visual resolution is improved, and visual fatigue is reduced.
6. A digital electronic illuminance meter is adopted, with intuitive readings, stability and reliability, the detection time can be set arbitrarily, and it has sound and light alarm functions.
7. The light source illuminance index, black background and detection whiteboard of this instrument all meet the standards.
8. The optical path system composed of a special tri-color fluorescent lamp, electronic ballast and light-shielding device eliminates stroboscopic light, improves visual inspection resolution, and reduces visual fatigue.
9. The illuminance is adjustable, the digital electronic illuminance meter has intuitive readings, stability and reliability.
10. The instrument has a reasonable design, stable performance, simple operation, and beautiful appearance.
11. Black numbers are engraved on the inner wall of the test container.

III. Usage Method
Pour the supernatant into the clarity tester by decantation, and read the maximum clear value of the clarity tester from the front. Use the value to represent the clarity; the larger the value, the better the clarity.
