This instrument is a pharmaceutical testing device used to determine the disintegration time limit of tablets, capsules and pills in accordance with the 2025 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. It is equipped with 4 sets of hanging baskets, with 2 hanging baskets per group, and the 2 groups operate independently and can be controlled separately.

II. Main Features of the Tablet Disintegration Tester (4 cups):
1. The 4-basket working position system is used to measure the disintegration time limit.
2. It has 4 sets of hanging baskets, with 2 hanging baskets per group, and the 2 groups operate independently and can be controlled separately.
3. The electronic temperature sensor can display and monitor the temperature at each point in the water bath and in the beakers. It adopts a high-precision digital electronic sensor, which can ensure high precision and accuracy of the water bath temperature without calibration.
4. The instrument automatically controls the water bath temperature to 37.0℃ (as specified in the Pharmacopoeia), and the preset temperature can be reset at any time.
5. The instrument automatically sets the lifting time of the hanging baskets to 15 minutes, which can also be reset arbitrarily.
6. It adopts single-chip microcomputer-based computer control technology to intelligently control two performance parameters: water bath temperature and working time.
7. The instrument has over-temperature alarm and automatic protection functions for monitoring the water bath temperature.
