Atmosphere-Controlled Muffle Furnace complies with the national machinery industry standard JB4311.7-91, is equipped with an LTDE programmable control system, its outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates and section steel, and the outer shell is coated with high-temperature spray paint. The back of the furnace adopts a special manufacturing process with air inlet and outlet devices, allowing inert gas to be introduced to prevent oxidation and decarburization of workpieces during high-temperature heating. It is suitable for other high-temperature heat treatment processes such as sintering and quenching that require various gas protections.
I. Product Features of Atmosphere-Controlled Muffle Furnace
1. Adopting advanced technology, the furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plates through edge-folding, welding and drawing processes. The control box and the furnace body are integrated into one structure, which has a beautiful appearance and avoids the cumbersome installation steps for customers.
2. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral lining made of high-alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. The heating elements, which are helically wound from iron-nickel-chromium alloy wires, are inserted into the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right sides of the inner furnace lining, enabling heating from all four sides.
3. The interior of the furnace is a sealed structure. The space between the inner furnace lining and the outer shell is lined with insulating layers made of refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomite products. The overall design is reasonable, ensuring a long service life. The furnace door is located on the left side, with an air inlet on the back and an air outlet on the furnace door, making operation convenient.
4. It has a beautiful appearance, fine craftsmanship, is sturdy and durable, and not easy to deform.
5. Temperature control: The atmosphere-controlled muffle furnace is equipped with an over-temperature alarm device, adopts an integrated design and humanized menu design, and uses industrial PID self-tuning control technology. It has a dual-screen high-brightness wide-view digital display with clear and intuitive readings. The microcomputer intelligent control solves problems such as temperature overshoot, achieving excellent temperature control effects. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, ensuring precise and stable temperature control. It will alarm when over-temperature occurs and automatically cut off the heating output. It has functions of timing startup or starting timing after reaching the set temperature for constant temperature operation.
