NDJ-79A High-Speed Touch Screen Rotational Viscometer
This viscometer is an upgraded version based on the original NDJ-79 model. Its functions and performance reach or exceed the advanced level of similar foreign products. It is a digital display viscometer adopting high细分 drive of stepping motor with microcomputer processor as the core. The rotation speed is stable and accurate, the keys are clearly marked, and the programmed design makes operation simple and convenient. When the torque is lower than 10% or higher than 100%, the measured data is invalid. The RTD temperature probe can monitor and measure the viscosity temperature in real time, with an accuracy of 0.1℃. The screen directly displays viscosity, rotation speed, temperature, percentage torque, and rotor number. It is equipped with a standard RS232 interface. The main control board and subdivision drive board all use SMD technology, and the circuit design adopts the most advanced microcomputer processor at present, with a reasonable structural layout. The full range and linearity of each gear of this instrument are calibrated by special software, and its metrological performance and functions reach the advanced level of similar foreign products.
