Touch screen viscometer

NDJ-1F(T)Touch Screen Viscometer

I. Brief Description

The new large-screen touch screen viscometer is an intelligent instrument based on single-chip microcomputer intelligent control. It adopts a 5-inch high-definition IPA touch screen, high-performance ARM processor, non-angle and imported stepper motor and driver. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed through the torque sensor. When the rotor is subjected to viscous resistance in the tested liquid, the force is fed back to the sensor. After being processed and calculated by special software, the viscosity of the tested liquid can be displayed on the LCD screen. This instrument adopts ARM technology, with a simple and clear operation interface, intuitive readings, rich display content, automatic calibration of each range by the computer, high measurement accuracy, stable rotation speed, strong anti-interference performance and other advantages. It is an instrument used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids, and is widely used in chemical raw materials such as solvent-based adhesives, latex, paints, coatings, cosmetics, inks, resins, solder pastes, and silicones.

II. Product Introduction and Parameters

1. The operation interface is simple and clear, the reading is intuitive, the display is rich, the accuracy is high, and the error is small.

2. The display content is rich. In addition to viscosity, it also includes temperature, full-scale percentage, viscosity-temperature curve, timing function, etc.

3. The timing function can ensure good consistency of data for thixotropic non-Newtonian liquids.

4. The instrument uses the latest front-mounted level, which is intuitive and convenient for horizontal adjustment, and there is no need to stand.

5. The viscosity curve is very practical and accurate for detecting non-Newtonian liquids. With the supporting data software, it provides good real-time data for understanding and analyzing the changes in viscosity and rheological properties of non-Newtonian liquids.

6. It is equipped with a 232 printing interface, and a micro printer can be optionally equipped to print various data in real time.

7. A constant temperature water bath, special constant temperature test bucket, micro printer, and standard liquid can be optionally equipped.

8. A wireless Bluetooth connector can be optionally equipped to realize mobile phone interconnection. All operations are completed in the mobile phone, and the data can be permanently saved in unlimited quantities through the cloud data APP. The instrument can be debugged remotely. When there is a deviation in the data, there is no need to send the instrument back. As long as the customer turns on the mobile phone Bluetooth, the accuracy can be debugged remotely.
9. Data software can be optionally equipped to realize the connection between the main unit and the computer, and the measurement results can be displayed and recorded on the computer.

9. This instrument has the characteristics of high measurement sensitivity, reliable test results, and small sample volume.
