Product Description:
Vacuum freeze-drying technology, referred to as freeze-drying, also known as sublimation drying. It is applied in pharmaceuticals, biological products, chemical and food industries.
Main Features:
● Pre-freezing and drying are performed in-situ, reducing cumbersome operations during the drying process and realizing automation of the freeze-drying process
● Silicone oil is used as the circulating medium, with high temperature control accuracy, shelf temperature difference ≤1℃, ensuring uniform drying effect
● Shelf temperature is adjustable, controllable, and suitable for pilot testing and production processes
● Software operating system with independent intellectual property rights
● 7-inch true color touch LCD screen, which records and displays the cold trap temperature, sample temperature, shelf temperature, and vacuum degree in real time
● Data can be exported via USB, and an optional upper computer software is available for computer browsing and printing
● 32 programs can be stored, each with up to 40 segments. Program parameters can be modified during operation, and the final drying curve will be recorded
● The cold trap temperature can be preset, and the vacuum pump will only start when the temperature is lower than the preset value, effectively protecting the vacuum pump
● The sample pre-freezing temperature can be set, with options for linear cooling or programmed cooling
● Square trays are not easy to deform, easy to operate, and convenient to clean
● Equipped with an inflation valve, allowing the filling of dry inert gas
● The drying chamber is equipped with a high-transparency colorless transparent organic glass door, enabling clear observation of material changes during operation
