Product Description:
Vacuum freeze-drying technology, referred to as freeze-drying, also known as sublimation drying. It is applied in the pharmaceutical, biological product, chemical and food industries.
Main Features:
● Pre-freezing and drying are performed in-situ, reducing the cumbersome operations during the drying process and realizing automation of the freeze-drying process
● Silicone oil is used as the circulating medium, with high temperature control accuracy, shelf temperature difference ≤1℃, ensuring uniform drying effect
● Shelf temperature is adjustable and controllable, suitable for process exploration, pilot testing and production
● Software operating system with independent intellectual property rights
● 7-inch true color touch LCD screen, which records and displays the cold trap temperature, sample temperature, shelf temperature and vacuum degree in real time
● Data can be exported via USB, and optional upper computer software control is available, supporting computer browsing and printing
● 32 programs can be stored, each program can be set with 40 segments, and program parameters can be modified during operation, with the final drying curve recorded
● Cold trap temperature can be preset, and the vacuum pump will only start when the temperature is lower than the preset value, effectively protecting the vacuum pump
● Sample pre-freezing temperature can be set, with linear cooling or programmed cooling as options
● Square trays are not easy to deform, easy to operate and convenient to clean
● Equipped with an inflation valve, allowing the filling of dry inert gas
