This instrument is manufactured in compliance with the technical requirements specified in the Viscosity Determination Method (0633) of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2025 Edition, and is compatible with both Cannon-Fenske and Ubbelohde viscometers. Designed exclusively for viscosity testing, the instrument consists of two parts: a water bath and a controller. The constant temperature viscosity bath provides a stable temperature field and testing platform; additionally, the instrument can also be used as a high-precision bath for other tests. The greatest features of this instrument are: full spray coating treatment for long-lasting durability; double-layer cylinder structure, high-precision temperature controller, and accurate temperature control.
I. Main Functional Features
1. Adopts an intelligent LCD temperature controller, featuring rapid temperature control, fast response, small overshoot, and a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃.
2. Uses a hard glass cylinder and an insulating outer jacket cylinder (referred to as a double cylinder), offering excellent thermal insulation and clear sample observation.
3. Adopts a desktop, all-in-one design, ensuring good overall integrity and convenient operation.
4. Equipped with a wired timing control button for timing display and control during experiments.
5. Uses an electric stirring device to ensure uniform temperature within the bath.
6. Adopts a separate design for the cooler and the main unit, preventing viscosity measurement errors caused by the vibration of the compressor during operation.
