YJ-0633A Drug Viscometer
This instrument, the YJ-0633A Drug Viscometer, is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements specified in the Viscosity Determination Method 0633 of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition, and can use both Ostwald and Ubbelohde viscometers. Designed specifically for viscosity testing, this instrument consists of two parts: a water bath and a controller. The constant temperature viscosity bath provides a stable temperature field and a testing platform. Additionally, the instrument can also be used as a high-precision bath for other tests. The most prominent features of this instrument are: full spray coating treatment for long-lasting durability; double-layer cylinder structure, high-precision temperature controller, and accurate temperature control.
1.Main Functional Features
1. Adopts an intelligent LCD temperature controller, with rapid temperature control, fast response, small overshoot, and a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃.
2. Made of a hard glass cylinder and a heat insulation jacket (referred to as a double cylinder), with excellent heat insulation performance and clear sample observation.
3. Adopts a desktop integrated design, with good overall integrity and convenient operation.
4. Equipped with a wired timing button, used for timing display and control during experiments.
5. Uses an electric stirring device, ensuring uniform temperature in the bath.
6. Adopts a separate design of the cooler and the main unit, to prevent viscosity measurement errors caused by the vibration of the compressor during operation.
