The Q41F cast steel flanged ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control.
II. Q41F Cast Steel Flanged Ball Valve -- Advantages
1. Small fluid resistance. The ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valve types. Even for the reduced-bore ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small.
2. Quick and convenient switching. As long as the valve stem rotates 90°, the ball valve completes the full opening or full closing action, making it easy to achieve fast opening and closing.
3. Good sealing performance. The sealing ring of the ball valve seat is generally made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to achieve sealing. Moreover, the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. Reliable valve stem sealing. When the ball valve is opened and closed, the valve stem only rotates, so the packing seal of the valve stem is not easily damaged. In addition, the sealing force of the reverse seal of the valve stem increases with the increase of medium pressure.
5. The opening and closing of the ball valve only rotates 90°, so it is easy to realize automatic control and remote control. The ball valve can be equipped with a pneumatic device, electric device, hydraulic device, pneumatic-hydraulic linkage device or electro-hydraulic linkage device.
6. The passage of the ball valve is smooth and flat, and it is not easy to deposit medium, so pipeline pigging can be carried out.
