I. Q71F Wafer-style Thin Ball Valve -- Overview
Compared with ordinary ball valves, ultra-thin ball valves have significant advantages such as short structural length, light weight, convenient installation, and material saving. The wafer-style insulation jacket ball valve has good insulation effect. In addition, the valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which ensures reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. It is equipped with a fire-resistant structure, so that it can still operate reliably and maintain good sealing performance in case of a fire. According to user requirements, a vent structure can be provided. A positioning plate with a hole for switching is set, and a lock can be added as needed to prevent misoperation.
II. Q71F Wafer-style Thin Ball Valve -- Application Scope
The Q71F wafer-style thin ball valve and wafer-style insulation jacket ball valve are applicable to various pipelines with Class150, PN1.0～2.5MPa, and operating temperature of 29~180℃ (the sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or 29~300℃ (the sealing ring is polyphenylene oxide). They are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, they can be respectively applicable to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc.
