■ Product Features
Since this butterfly valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric principle design, the spatial motion trajectory of the sealing surface is optimized, with no friction or interference between the sealing surfaces. Coupled with the proper selection of sealing surface materials, the sealing performance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance of the butterfly valve are all reliably guaranteed. Its main features are as follows:
1. Small opening torque, flexible and convenient, labor-saving and energy-saving;
2. Adopts a three-dimensional eccentric structure, with high processing precision for the sealing surfaces of the butterfly plate and valve seat. At the moment the butterfly plate opens, the sealing surface disengages; during the closing process of the butterfly plate, there is almost no friction, making it easy to close. It has a self-locking function that becomes tighter as it closes, as well as self-sealing performance, ensuring stable and reliable sealing performance;
3. The material of the sealing pair (butterfly plate sealing ring - valve body sealing ring) is stainless steel, which undergoes special treatment, combining the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and has a long service life;
4. The streamlined design of the butterfly plate has high strength, large flow area, and small flow resistance, saving energy.
