The large-caliber electric butterfly valve D941H-10C DN700 adopts a precision J-shaped elastic sealing ring and a triple-eccentric multi-layer metal hard sealing structure. It is widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction where the medium temperature is ≤425℃, for flow regulation and fluid cutoff. This valve adopts a triple-eccentric structure, and the sealing surfaces of the valve seat and the disc are made of stainless steel with different hardness, which has good corrosion resistance and a long service life. This valve has a bidirectional sealing function, and the product meets the national standard GB/T13927-92 for valve pressure tests.
Features
1. This valve adopts a triple-eccentric sealing structure, with almost no wear between the valve seat and the disc, and has a tighter sealing function as the pressure increases.
2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance under both low and high temperature conditions, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the disc is surfacing-welded with cobalt-based hard alloy, making the sealing surface wear-resistant and having a long service life.
4. The large-size disc adopts a truss structure, which has high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance.
5. This valve has a bidirectional sealing function. When installing, it is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium or the spatial position, and can be installed in any direction.
6. The driving device can be installed in multiple positions (rotated by 90° or 180°), which is convenient for users to use.
