- Overview
The high-voltage frequency converter (soft start) bypass cabinet developed and designed by Derun Electric is a 3.6~12KV, 50(60)Hz bypass power supply device. It is mainly used for the bypass of high-voltage motor frequency conversion (soft start) control cabinets in power plants, water plants, industrial and mining enterprises and other institutions. It has excellent performance and complete five-prevention interlock functions, and can provide different scheme options according to user requirements. For example: three-disconnector manual bypass cabinets, three-contactor (circuit breaker), three-contactor (circuit breaker) with two-disconnectors, three-vehicle-type contactor (circuit breaker) and other automatic bypass cabinets, and can also be expanded into one-to-two, one-to-three and other manual (automatic) bypass cabinets.

1). The concave-convex door structure is matched with classic industrial design, with smooth lines, strong three-dimensional sense and high mechanical strength.
2). The bypass cabinet is equipped with a channel steel base, and the base shape is consistent with the frequency conversion (soft start) structure type, which has strong foundation adaptability.
3). The external dimensions are customized according to the frequency conversion (soft start) requirements, and it looks beautiful and generous after parallel installation.
4). The cabinet frame is made of high-quality aluminum-plated zinc steel plate, assembled with multiple folded edges for positioning, with strong corrosion and oxidation resistance and good mechanical strength.
5). Various mainstream switches can be optionally configured to meet the needs of different customers.
6). A communication PLC module can be optionally configured to realize an intelligent automatic switching scheme.
