FTJD-3 Switch Point Height Gauge
The FTJD-3 Switch Point Height Gauge is widely used in railway track measurement for turnout inspection. It can measure the height difference between the switch point and the base rail, as well as the height difference between the frog point and the wing rail.
Scope of Application:
Used for turnout inspection, it can measure the height difference between the switch point and the base rail, and the height difference between the frog point and the wing rail.
Equipment Composition:
It includes 1 main unit of the gauge and 1 support rod. It adopts modern sensing technologies such as high-precision, industrial-grade displacement sensors and high-speed digital processing modules. The whole device is compact in design and easy to operate.
Main Technical Features:
1. It uses high-precision sensors for contact measurement. The measuring probe can move laterally along the guide rail to meet the measurement needs at different positions.
2. The main unit of the gauge and the support rod are easy to disassemble and assemble, with accurate combined positioning. The main unit can measure the height difference between the frog point and the wing rail; after installing the support rod, it can measure the height difference between the switch point and the base rail.
3. It has high measurement accuracy, displays measurement results in real time, can store 20 sets of measurement results, and is convenient for zero calibration.
4. It has a compact structure, light weight, and is easy to carry.
