FTGP-3 Steel Rail Straightness Measuring Instrument
I. Instrument Overview:
The rail straightness measuring instrument adopts non-contact laser sensors for measurement, which can measure the straightness in both vertical and horizontal directions. It is suitable for measuring the straightness of rail welds, joints and insulated rail joints, and can also evaluate the wear degree of the vertical surface of the rail. During the measurement process, the overlapping method can be used, so that the measurement length of rail wear can exceed the length of the device itself. It is not only applicable to the evaluation of rail wear in short-distance waveform ranges (0.03-0.3 meters), but also applicable to the evaluation of rail wear in long-distance waveform ranges (0.3-1 meters, 1-3 meters, 10 meters).

1. Detect short-wave irregularities on the top surface of rails;
