FTSW-1 Steel Rail Temperature Force and Locked Rail Temperature Tester
Product Introduction:
The FTSW-1 steel rail temperature force and locked rail temperature tester uses the transverse and longitudinal bending theory to accurately measure the temperature force and locked rail temperature of continuously welded rail lines, providing a basis for the technical management of continuously welded rail lines. The successful development and commissioning of this instrument is of great significance for preventing track bulging and rail breaking of continuously welded rail lines and improving the technical management of continuously welded rail lines.
Product Features:
1.The measurement error is within 1.5℃, with high measurement accuracy, which fully meets the technical management requirements of continuously welded rail lines;
2.High degree of automation, capable of realizing automatic collection and calculation of measurement data under continuous loading;
3.It is compatible with the construction of railway infrastructure informatization, and the measurement data can be transferred to a computer for analysis using management software;
4.Safe and reliable, simple to measure and convenient to use;
5.The instrument is small in size and light in weight.
Implementation Standards:
JJG (Railway) 112-1989 Verification Regulation for Digital Rail Thermometers;
TB/T10601-2009 Code for Surveying of High-speed Railway Engineering;
TZ216-2007 Technical Guide for Construction of Ballastless Track for Passenger Dedicated Lines.
