Product Features

• Long Service Life: Adopting mature plate manufacturing processes and unique formulas, the grid has excellent corrosion resistance. The normal floating charge design life can reach more than 15 years (at 25℃).
• Excellent Performance: The high-strength tight assembly process improves the tightness of the battery assembly, preventing the shedding of active materials. Meanwhile, the battery has extremely low internal resistance and excellent high-current discharge performance, which is more than 20% higher than ordinary batteries.
• Low Self-discharge Rate: Using high-specification and high-purity lead alloy raw materials. At room temperature of 25℃, after standing for 28 days, the self-discharge rate of the battery is less than 3%, which is higher than the industry standard requirements. It can be stored at room temperature for more than half a year without recharging.

Usage Notes

• Charging Aspects: The new battery does not need to be charged before use, and can be charged after use. For the first three times, each charging time should be no less than 10 hours. High-quality automatic current-limiting constant-voltage charging equipment should be used during charging.
• Installation Environment: The battery should be installed in a clean, cool, ventilated and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, heating or radiant heat sources. The distance between batteries should be more than 20mm. The installation place needs good ventilation. If possible, install it in an air-conditioned room with a constant temperature of about 20℃, and the service life of the battery will be longer.
• Usage and Maintenance: Avoid overcharging, over-discharging and deep discharging. Regularly measure the floating charge voltage and internal resistance of the battery, and timely detect and replace batteries with deteriorated performance. Charge in time after each discharge. Do not overcharge the battery pack with over-current or over-voltage, and do not leave it unused for a long time or float charge it for a long time without discharging.
