NA22 Densitometer, Exempt Slurry Concentration Meter
The NRD3000 Na22 density meter uses exempt activity, environmentally friendly and harmless gamma radiation sources, which makes the use, transportation and storage processes convenient and will not affect the personal safety of personnel. The Na22 radioactive density meter is installed outside the pipeline or container, and uses gamma rays with strong penetration ability for measurement. Its NA22 radiation source has stable physical properties, is not affected by the external environment, and can achieve reliable, stable and accurate measurement. The radiation source with appropriate activity is calculated according to the measurement working conditions (medium density, diameter of pipeline or container, material and wall thickness of pipeline or container). The radiation source in the radiation device emits bundled gamma rays, and the detector receives the radiation rays. Since the radiation rays will be attenuated when acting on the pipeline or container and the internal medium to be measured, the detector calculates the density or concentration according to the attenuation of the detected radiation rays, and combines with energy spectrum detection and metrology technology, which can effectively suppress the interference caused by background radiation and ensure the detection accuracy.
